ImmiAccount Outage – 30 June from 7PM

MIA Members are warned to lodge urgent applications by 7 pm on Thursday 30 June.

A completed visa application submitted online to the Department is not lodged until any associated visa application charge is also received by the Department.

The Department has decided to undertake system maintenance between 7pm 30 June and to 9 am Friday 1 July AEST.

The following systems will be unavailable due to routine maintenance activities:

  • ImmiAccount
  • eLodgement (Online visa and citizenship applications)
  • Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
  • LEGENDcom
  • Visa pricing estimator

 

If you receive a ‘Service Temporarily Unavailable’ error message during this time, try again after the outage period.

 

Student applications 

The student visa application form will change from 12 am AEST 1 July 2016 to reflect new student visa subclasses.

The Department will be unable to receive online applications between 7 pm AEST 30 June 2016 and 9 am AEST 1 July 2016 during the planned system maintenance activity.

Applications for current student visa subclasses using the current application form should be submitted to the Department with payment (lodged) before 7 pm AEST on 30 June 2016.
